Offer a balanced argument of how a manager best applies change like you mention. suggest all the hr tricks and flicks a manager could use to get this over the line

My start time was 7am, new MD decided this should be 6am, I was told refusing to sign the new contract would void my employment and I’d have to leave. I signed the contract then stopped doing overtime, soon an hours flexi time got introduced 😂

This is exactly what happened to me two years ago. But I was ambushed into the first consultation meeting(was told a meeting with line manager,but when I arrived HR were there too.I got my union rep in he was going for redundancy.I showed that their job review was completely wrong. And proved that everything should stay the same.The most stressful process

I'll soon to be in this position employer wants to change my hours I have no interest in doing so but must admit it could be a good business reason

When I started a job I was told 1 day a week from the office, now they are planning to enforce more days from the office, can they do this as my place of work on the contract is the office address?

what about permanently changing the location (further away from your current workplace + more costly) based on the mobility clause in your contract that states "from time to time / within reasonable distance"?
