CNN is a joke.. Kim never said his troops were not fighting for russia. In fact he has said it multiple times that he is providing Russia with War equipments and troops and will provide more and more..

So as far as I understand, Putin absolutely refuses to let European or US troops be sent to Ukraine, and threatens those same Europe and the US because of it. But at the same time, Russia itself (the world’s 2nd army) can ask other countries to send their soldiers to help Russia? 🤔🤔
