Yes it does hit me hard to I lost dad about two or three months before you lost your mom and it still bothers me bad I have used your and Matt’s content to make myself laugh and it does hit you hard when you realize how old you are and you don’t have the energy you used to have and I don’t think you can prepare them completely just guide them the best we can

I'm 70 my kids are in their 40s it's hard and when I try to talk to them about it they say oh mom don't talk about it! so.... I got these books i write in and I just write funny thoughts and memories

I get it, still am not over my mom, I’m now taking care of my dad who is bedridden, really missing my girls & grands. My dad is 89, but I miss my family, time is passing me by.
