that packaging of the HP Victus 15 is noticeably underwhelming and lacks the premium feel one might expect from a well known brand. instead of foam or molded inserts, the laptop is cushioned using cardboard materials that likes egg trays, which can come off as cheap and unrefined. while i understand it’s “just packaging,” first impressions matter especially for consumers who value presentation and care in delivery. the box and internal setup fail to convey the sense of quality or excitement that should accompany unboxing a new device. a more thoughtful and protective design would go a long way in enhancing customer experience and confidence in the product.😢

I got the same exact laptop and in just 4 months of using it the motherboard fried. Have to talk to customer service and they forced me to pay 400 Malaysian Ringgit just to replace the motherboard. I should’ve chose Acer Nitro. The bloatware crazy
