@bellaskitchen25: Follow me for more delicious recipes! ☺️ Tag a friend who loves cheese and crispy food ❤️ Fried Cheese & Ham Bombes 💥💥 Ingredients • 330 g flour (2 ¾ cups) • 150 ml milk (⅔ cup) • 60 g oil (¼ cup) • 1 egg • 7 g yeast (1 packet, 2 ¼ tsp) • 1 tsp sugar • 1 tsp salt Filling: • Gouda cheese (cubed) • Cream cheese (2–3 tbsp) • Ham / turkey (Pute) / bacon / chicken slices, chopped (your choice) For coating & frying: • ½ cup milk • 1–2 cups breadcrumbs • natural Oil for deep frying 🌶️Prepare filling: Cut ham (or other cold cuts) into small pieces. Mix with shredded Gouda and a little cream cheese to bind. 🥣Instructions 1. Make the dough: • Mix milk and oil sugar, yeast and Egg • Add flour, salt . Knead until smooth. • Let rise 1 hour, until doubled. 2. Shape the bombes: • Divide dough into small balls 8 pieces • Flatten, add some ham Gouda cheese • Seal tightly into round balls. 3. Coat: • Dip each ball briefly in milk. • Roll in breadcrumbs until well coated. 4. Fry: • Heat oil to 170–180°C (340–350°F). • Fry bombes in batches until golden brown (about 3–4 minutes). • Drain on paper towels.
