To be fair it’s a game and not everything is accurate to real life no matter how infuriating it is cus I can understand the frustration that it isn’t true to how it is inserted in real life but this isn’t real life and some developers don’t tend to pay attention to those details either. Although there should be a horror game where you have to try and figure out how to put one in properly in order to “watch” the tape in the game or something like that or it alerts the monsters of your location and you have to hide before they get you

someone should make a horror game where your being hunted and you go around collecting a cassette tape, vhs tape, cd, dvds, and you have to take them to the correct players without getting caught.
