My fiancé keeps asking me to make it again cause he loved it so much 😍 I hope y’all enjoy! *more coming real soon, so stay tuned 😉  For 2 servings:  ✨Chicken cutlet: * 1 chicken breast, cut in half * 1 egg * 2-4 tbsp Flour * 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, mixed with spices * 1/4 tsp salt added to bread crumbs and 1/4 tsp salt mixed into flour. ✨For the chicken: - Coat chicken in flour. Tap excess off. - Coat chicken in egg. Tap excess off.  - Coat chicken in bread crumbs. - Spray the inside of your air fryer with oil and place chicken evenly. - Air fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Or until 165 internal temp is reached. *Please check, everyone’s air fryer cooks differently! *How flat you got your chicken breast/ size also will also affect and alter cook times, please keep in mind. - Mix together chopped cucumbers, tomato, olives, parsley with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. - Serve with yogurt sauce on top as well as chopped mixture. Enjoy! *Notes* Start out with 2 tbsp of flour and go from there. You may need more depending on the size of your chicken breast. *Amount of breadcrumbs may vary depending on the size of your chicken breast. Set some extra aside in case you need more. *I added a pinch of oregano, paprika and garlic powder to flour and to bread crumbs.  *example: one of the halves of chicken breast I made took 10 minutes , one took 12. The thickness of each varies. So please check internal temp! Herby Lemon Yogurt sauce: 1/2 cup Yogurt 1-2 tsp Lemon juice Lemon zest * optional* 1/4 tsp Fresh or Dill, and Parsley Pinch of Dried Oregano  1/4 tsp Garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste *Splash of water optional* -Mix everything together in a bowl. Add more or less lemon juice or water depending on how thin you want the sauce to be.  #dinneridea
