you are pulling with your arms too much. to practice your form you should simply hang from the bar and keep your arms perfectly straight, then just concentrate on contracting your lats to move the bar downwards. do a few sets like this and after a while you'll understand what you need to do

If that’s the bar you have to, lessen the weight and keep your arms straight you pull down. You’ll need to do it standing

if it's the widest bar, use an underhand grip...don't pull any lower than your chin. straighten your back and extend your arms fully when you're up.good job btw.👌
