It happens! It’s human error, but it’s how they dealt with it that’s the issue. It’s unproffessional, over the top and a considering you’re a regular it’s a bit of an insult. Well they’ll lose even more money now because I’m guessing you no longer feel comfortable going. Service industry is half product / skill and half customer relations.

These high street nail techs need to wind it in, prices are getting ridiculous now and it’s actually cheaper to go to a professional beauty bar/nail tech who’s products aren’t going to ruin your nails! without customers their businesses are over
