i get that, i grew up with the “05 version too but when i saw the 70’s version, i liked it so much better. But yes id love a set of the “05 one too, maybe they can do another set where it’s a facade of the whole chocolate factory with the “05 versions of the characters.

If anyone is also curious, Roald Dahl disliked Gene wilders performance, and that movie! The book is about charlie and the movie focused more on Wonka, he was also very protective about his works being adapted and wanted them to be accurate to his book. His wife has stated that the 2005 Charlie and the Chocolate factory is more accurate to his version (and she was a producer on it)
