BK reportedly came back to the house at around 09:00 that morning, I guess he couldn’t even believe it hadn’t been reported yet , then it took another 3 hours to report it after that , I mean this generation is doomed

I hate that this was released.. these girls have been through enough and now the hate train is going to get started all over again.. everyone handles shock, fear and grief in different ways . She shouldn’t be judged. It’s easy to say I would do this but we weren’t there and we don’t know how she was feeling as frustrating as it is

Let's not get wrapped around the axle about the delayed 911 call, even had the surviving roommates called at the time of the disturbance the victims would NOT have been able to be saved. The person to blame is BK not the surviving roommates.

I am in no way trying to point fingers. I feel like these kids were probably pretty wasted. They all said they’ve been drinking all day. Alcohol can majorly impaired judgment and cause confusion. It can also make people forget entire moments of their time. But after hearing the desperate cries from Zana on the Neighbor video cam hundreds of feet away; I can’t wrap my mind around how that didn’t sound like exactly what was happening inside that house only much louder and more clear-

Even if they decided to not cal 911 for whatever reason, I’m surprised they did not call a friend at that moment at least out of fear for what they just saw and heard.

Everyone keeps forgetting that these were college students and this was a party house. Loud noises and yelling/screaming was probably a normal thing, to the point that the one roommate sent a text during that time to please be quiet, she was trying to sleep. This whole thing happened within a 10 to 15 minute window judging by the ring door camera that caught his actions of pulling in and out after he circling the neighborhood. I believe he was after just one of them and was caught off guard by two girls being in the bed. And then Xana heard something and caught him in the act and that’s why he went after and unalived her and Ethan(the other two roommates blood was in Xana’s room). His plans were interrupted, which is why he accidentally left his knife sheath in the upstairs bedroom. By the time the one roommate was hearing things, it was pretty much over as soon as it started. I think that is what saved the other roommates, as well as their dog actively barking loudly once he was alerted that something was off in the house. If course I’m like everyone else and I wish it could’ve went differently but taking all of the facts into consideration, as well as all of them being intoxicated, I can better understand how and why that would happen. And once things got quiet it was earlier for them to convince themselves everything was fine and they were just overreacting. And especially since they were able to come together quickly after and she thought she just saw one of her roommates passed out in the floor of her room. But this is why everyone should talk with their kids and explain the importance of simply taking care of themselves, taking care of each other, locking your doors every night even if it is a door you usually keep locked, check it, set an alarm system, keep weapons throughout the home such as ball bats, golf clubs, and even a pew pew or two. ALWAYS check on your roommates who are drinking. Even if that hadn’t happened I would’ve been worried my roommate was passed out, lying on the floor and could possibly aspirate and unalive herself. And I do believe that she should’ve went ahead and called the police but I also understand how things played out.
