Maker: Mistubishi Model: SJ60GH Mode: Clarification Flow rate: will depend on the ship's speed and fuel consumption in 24 hours. For best results, use 2 purifiers in parallel with minimum feed rate. Temperature: treating temperature will depend on the fuel analysis from the laboratory that will be sent to your ship. Pressure: ideal pressure is to be maintained at 0.15Mpa additional notes: 1. the three way valve reroutes the fuel back to the settling tank while the bowl is discharging sludge as the pump is running continuously coupled with the horizontal shaft. It activates automatically, no need to manually start it. 2. If you want to increase the flow rate, reduce the pressure first by opening slightly the outlet valve of the purified oil to avoid excess pressure build up in the gear pump that might damage sa oil seal. 3. This is my style of operating. Maybe you have yours.
