It’s very difficult and now a Bachelors is dang near equivalent to a HS diploma (everyone has one). I worked on my undergraduate and graduate degree simultaneously for this exactly reason. Everyone in my office has a MBA (bare minimum requirement). It gets better TRUST the process. I went from making minimum wage in college and working two jobs to a $90k HR job in the government by 27. YOU GOT THIS! 🥳

Why I’m going back for my dream I’m full sending it in micro biology highly don’t recommend but it’s ware I’m at and I think the job I want is 4 years or PhD 🥲🤌🏻

Here’s some tea sis…work at the universities and work your way up. They paid for my bachelors and masters degree & now I can go wherever I want. Hope this helps beautiful 🫶🏽

You need a degree to be a receptionist. It’s so annoying. As someone without a degree, look into broker firms and finance. You might start off in a phone role but usually if you do well you can transfer to a non phone role within the company

Indeed is a bad spot to look for jobs, find a company and go to their website and apply or apply to work for a city or county on their website in a civilian position, those are salary jobs with holidays off and full benefits

I worked for CVS Health it was not bad working from home but I got so freakin tired . Now girl prayers and more prayers plus indeed I landed a part time as an office manager . Just keep on trying you will get something

Even with a bachelor's, they'll say "all majors welcome to apply" but damn well will have a select few majors in mind that they'll actually hire from for the job.

You can start at a hospital with like a billing call center and then work your way up! But call center jobs are not very flexible I will say but at least most of them are remote. And most hospitals do tuition reimbursement if you decide to go to school.

As a Human Resources Specialist for the Judicial Branch of Government, you do not need a degree to make decent money. NOBODY is going to verify these credentials unless you are applying for a state job. Do what you will with that information 😂😂
