F*ck or Suck HIGH PROTEIN COTTAGE CHEESE CHIPS For me, these SUCK… I’ll try these 4 different ways and I just couldn’t get them to work 😩 And yes… I tried straining the cottage cheese to take the moisture out! It really does come down to the type of cottage cheese you’re using, I understand with some, it will work. We have a shortage of supply here in Australia so we are limited for options! Original Recipe Credit: @itsjackearly My upgraded recipe 👇 👨‍🍳 Ingredients, 1 batch ✅ Cottage cheese – 140g, 4.9oz ✅ Seasoning of choice, sweet or savoury 👉 Method Preheat oven to 180°C, 356°F. Line a tray with baking paper. If your cottage cheese is watery, drain and gently pat dry first. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until golden and crisp around the edges. Let them cool fully so they firm up properly. 📊 Calories and macros, per batch Calories: 112 kcal | P: 18g | C: 3g | F: 3g
