Sweet, juicy, a little fancy with elderflower liqueur… and the sugar-tajín rim? Unreal. 📌 SAVE this for your next happy hour! INGREDIENTS (serves 1): 1 ½ oz tequila 1 oz elderflower liqueur ½ oz lime juice (freshly squeezed) ½ oz simple syrup ½ fresh peach (slightly overripe, sliced) Ice Sugar + tajín (for rim) Mint sprig + peach slice (for garnish) INSTRUCTIONS: Using a pastry brush, paint a little honey on the side of glass. Press into a sugar + tajín mix. Fill glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1/2 peach until juicy. Add tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake well until chilled & strain into prepared glass.
