Great powerful teaching....the velcro hook and loop example was brilliant. Definitely made sense. Today I heard a teaching of the Universal Law of Yin Yang (opposites). The things we dont like are there to teach us. And we need to ask what is that negative thing here to teach us....to unify Yin and yang and bring peace and healing.

And from that place I can parent the wound. I can lead the wound instead of becoming it.” Wow!! So profound and beautiful!! These are the exact words that my soul needed to hear. This voice is what we’ve been listening to since childhood. It’s second nature. As a Christian, I have tried to work through trauma and take captive wayward thoughts. It’s not easy. This hit different. Thank you for sharing this.
