@realbrittanydawn: I saw Maverick in my dreams before he existed… and it sustained me through the darkest time. I didn’t know if he would come from womb or adoption — but I knew the Lord had him for me. and I will never stop shouting and declaring of His faithfulness through every trial and storm. ❤️‍🩹 I know what it’s like to be in the trenches. I know what it’s like to experience loss after loss and heartbreak after heartbreak. I know what it’s like to watch it happen for everyone except you. I know what it’s like to be standing in the valley surrounded with dry bones, questioning God’s sovereignty. doubting if your tears and silent prayers will ever be heard. but then you reach the promise, the miracle, the breakthrough you’ve been contending for… for years. how in just a moment, one supernatural moment, God can shift anything He so pleases. He works outside of time. He works outside of statistics and diagnoses. and then just the right time, He can make it happen (Isaiah 60:22). my little miracle boy. my biggest blessing. quite literally my heart outside of my body. to the one who is standing in the valley looking up: don’t get so focused on the mountain you’re facing that you forget to keep your eyes locked on the King. “He gives the childless woman a family, making her a happy mother.
