•Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
• Lightly dredge in flour
• Sear in a pan until golden
• Remove chicken, then add:
– 1 tbsp Kerrygold butter
– 1/3 cup Chicken bone broth
– juice of half a lemon
– Minced garlic
– 1 tbsp Capers
• Add chicken back in and let it simmer until cooked through Potatoes:
• Chop into small pieces
• Toss with avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, herbs, minced garlic
• Roast at 400°F for 25–30 mins Broccoli:
• Toss with same seasonings as potatoes
• Air fry at 375°F for 8 mins this combo is not just packed with protein for muscle recovery, but also full of fiber to keep you satisfied and support digestion :)) #highprotein #highproteinrecipes #highproteindiet #mealideas
