@tom_houpt: The Supine Twist is a great way to relieve low back tension and gently open up the hips and spine. How to do it: • Lie on your back. • Bring your legs up so your knees are bent at 90 degrees. • Slowly drop your knees down to one side. • At the same time, twist your torso in the opposite direction. • You can let your arms rest out to the sides or place one hand on your legs for support. • Breathe deeply and relax into the position. • Aim for a 6 out of 10 intensity — enough to feel the stretch, but never painful. ✅ Relieves tension in the low back ✅ Opens up the hips and spine ✅ Helps with recovery, stress relief, and mobility ✅ Can be done as part of a warm-up, cool-down, or before bed This is a great stretch for almost anyone, and it only takes a minute or two to feel better. Let your breath guide the stretch and don’t rush it.
