Rental cars are the 2nd safest option to buy other than cars used by old ppl. Enterprise and Hertz literally have to do maintenance on time everytime and check the car every time is checked in and checked out. Could the car be abused ? Sure but I doubt anybody doing donuts in a Camry or an Accord lol
