🚫 5 Exercises I’d Skip (and Why) Before you get mad, Betty, yes, technically no exercise is “bad.” But some are just… less worth your time. 1️⃣ Front Raises – Your front delts already get smoked from pressing. Redundant. 2️⃣ DB Kickbacks – All tension is at the top.
