The homeopathic/wellness/ etc industry does what they can to make billions and do not have to have any actual evidence. Many studies have been done and rarely show anything above a placebo. There are a few herbs, roots, barks, etc based things that do have research demonstrate some effectiveness but in that research we figured out the chemical creating the effect and what dosage works and what is dangerous. As an aside the research into placebo effect is extremely fascinating.

People also need to understand that alternative medicine and herbal medicine is NOT the same as homeopathic “medicine”. Alternative medicine has varying levels of actual effectiveness and are often accepted as alternatives to western medicine in mild conditions and add-ons to improve quality of life in more significant conditions. But all herbal medicine can interact with mainstream medicine and should be disclosed to doctors to prevent harm/interactions.

If you go back through history, they actually purposely pushed out natural medicine and did not do research because it would not make them money, I’m not fully homeopathic, but I don’t really trust the ”science” behind them anyway… checks and balances are not real, donor approved studies is actually what’s going on here
