1000% agree!! I saw a comment on Reddit a few years ago that likened everyone on the internet to strangers yelling at you across the street- the gist being that you wouldn’t trust a random person shouting at you, so why would you trust everyone with an opinion online. Changed the game for me and how I interact with this app and social media completely

Had my whooping cough vaccine today and the nurse asked if I plan on getting the rsv. She wasn't discouraging, she was just curious because so many don't get it. I will be getting it and baby will get vitamin k and all vaccines offered.

Midwife shouted at me not to accept any vaccines without doing research. I’d made a joke about how I’d had multiple just to travel on holiday so it would be bizzare if I decided against them for my unborn child and then she said I had to do my own research into them and not just take what they recommended. I was genuinely baffled at being in trouble for accepting vaccines she offered me 🤣🙃

but does it work on the flip side? I was encouraged to get the covid vaccine which resulted in severe heart issues that I wasn't warned about prior to getting the vaccine, but no one is held accountable or faces the consequences except me

When asked for VitK consent after our daughter was born, we said 'Oh yes please. Its vital for her' and I think about the shocked reaction of that clinician alot. First enthusiastic consent they'd experienced apparently.

Oh my goodness !!!! I just made a video about this on my insta about people promoting weight loss medication like an ad!!!! It’s still a drug and should be a decision made by you with the advice of a medical professional in my opinion!

I genuinely don’t think I was ever asked about the vitamin k injection! I would have not said no and to be honest my pregnant was a bit of a blur but do they make this clear they are given you this? Xx

Do some midwives / doctors discuss vitamin K prior to birth , for me I didn’t have a clue what it was till the midwives in the delivery room asked if I have like any requests eg delayed cord clamping and if I wanted the vitamin K x
