Unpopular opinion, she can forgive her sister, but can stay no contact. Forgiveness is not for the person who needs forgiving, it’s for the person who was wronged. Abd just because you forgive someone doesn’t mean you have to let them back in your life, it just means you’ve released all the hurt, hate, and pain they put in your life. You can forgive but not forget.

I'd start by asking for all her money back & if the sister was serious she'd send a certified cheque to pay her back every cent. (po box so she doesn't have her address) Then I'd block her again & continue with the NC 🤣
