@theadaptivek9: My recommendations for @Jugbow US would be to 1) add lower intensity levels to your stim settings (even the beep and vibrate could use more lower settings!) 2) articulate training techniques better in your manual 3) add training videos to your website for people who don’t learn by reading and need visualization 4) put all warnings in the manual at the FRONT, and not spread throughout the manual, as some will undoubtedly get missed. 5) change the weight range and warnings for stim use on dogs below a certain weight because this stim setting is too intense for majority of smaller dogs. 6) improve on spelling and grammar within your manual to maintain the high standards you’re putting in effort to achieve. 🫶🏻♥️ Ultimately, this could be a GREAT budget option if some improvements were made!
