went throught it and my gripe is that..itd be the chiefs that dont do shit be the most vocal. the chiefs that says if you need help just let me know but when you do its like you are asking for the biggest thing. the chiefs that says i got you brother but when its time to do so is not there. the chiefs that says i enforce the standard be the ones breaking them or sweeping under the rug. i showed up i went through it but after i did its like these brothers and sisters were still strangers. i felt like it was all for show. not all.. but a lot. its rare to find good chiefs nowadays.

Honestly, spent 12 years in the mess... CPO365 is garbage and not worth the effort. Who gives the Chief a qual card? I understand the need to remove hazing, but inviting the officers to participate... The hallowed halls ain't so hallowed these days, by fault of the very chiefs who enter the doors. Standards where dropped and dropped again... It's almost time to remove the whole thing and just be like the other branched where rank is just rank, nothing else.
