Back when I was at DHHS (class of '91), my friends and I would go ice blocking down the hill at Salt Creek, then go hang out at the beach, sometimes walking over and ending up at Strands.

Beautiful 😍😍 but going in the ocean is a no for me 😭 I can see everything in the sand and the small dip as it get deeper and then dark water so I KNOW it's deep. I can't SEE that deep inside 😂😂 But the sound of the waves will always soothe my soul ❤️🥺
