Are you charging flat rate for springs? Or different price depending on spring size and gauge?

Do you do service for Home Depot and Lowe’s? If so how did you push through to get excepted and start getting work? Also what advertising works best in your opinion? Just getting started everything is set just waiting for the phone to ring lol

you are not including training any necessary certs, tools/equipment, truck, advertising, marketing, sales, back office costs, llc costs. all eat up profits rather quickly.
plus takes a while to build your business.

Seems like a good niche. As a consumer, I would expect your charges to be a bit more. I guess it depends on your market and location…
Do you also carry sealed nylon rollers? You could carry sealed nylon as well as high cycle springs so you give the customers more options and you can charge more for those. I also carry liftmasters instead of chamberlains from Home Depot so I can charge more. I don’t prequote over the phone but I have my $69 service call/diagnosis and that goes toward the repair. Helps me filter tire kickers so I don’t race to the bottom
