I love to roast some garlic and onion drizzled in olive oil, then blend it with a ton of fresh basil, lemon juice, and mayo and I call it garden mayo and use it on sandwiches made of sourdough bread, mozzarella, and sliced tomatoes. It’s soooo good

I'm growing lots of basil in my vegetable garden to keep bugs away. I'm going to have to process some soon. I've been making basil tea for my family. It's supposed to be so good for you. My husband loves to drink it with sugar free peach syrup in it.
