I remember I had to get my 17yr son out of bed at 5 am to do a recorded statement because that was the only time we could do it (time diff with adj) and it needed to be done! these parents are ridiculous

I do something different but I don't go though all that 🤭 if they don't want me to talk to their child I refer them to visit a branch or call customer service. I cut it short as soon as they mention them being a minor.
