I believe red peppers come in green and turn red when ripe similar to jalapeños. If not I’m going to be really sad because mine are green as well.

green, yellow, orange, and red are all typically the same plant.... just different stages of ripeness.

Leave them on the plant until they turn! They will turn if you give them the time they need. It takes a while. I stare at my red peppers and push all my will on them to turn faster. So excited for my big red pepper that’s about ripe.

So they’re still the right peppers. Red means they’re fully ripe. It goes green. Yellow, orange and then red. Let them grow a little longer
