As someone who works in a derm office, this is how this goes. Like, down to the Start Over screen and everything. And nobody knows how it works so nobody fixes it. Good job tho you got through it. I hope the bump was nothing.

you're being literally so brave right now. phone calls are awful. I've worked in healthcare (including dermatology) since 2017 and it's a mess! starting with a primary care doctor is a great idea and they can remove and biopsy it, or send you to a derm Dr. you're doing so great!!
