I'm staying there for at least two years and then coming back the second time the first time will be a week then it will eventually be longer every time I mean I'm already a master shifter so when I do shift it will be easy I'm so excited though

Bro I forced myself not to sleep the first time I went to my MHA dr and the second night I put alarms every two hours. And I affirmed that I was grounded fully in my MHA dr. I somewhat relaxed the third night and I was able to stay there for a few years before coming back (by that time I had completely forgotten about my fear of returning to my CR)
