INGREDIENTS: * Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (Original, 8 count) * 8 ounce cream cheese - softened  * 1/4 cup sugar * 1 egg * 1 teaspoon vanilla * 1/2 teaspoon salt * About 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter to brush on biscuits  * Cinnamon and sugar mixture (About 1/4 cup sugar and 1 TBSP cinnamon) ***GLAZE: * 2-3 tablespoons butter * 1 teaspoon vanilla  * 1 tablespoon milk (add 1 teaspoon if you want thinner) * 1 cup powdered sugar DIRECTIONS: >> Preheat oven to 350° degrees >> Cream together softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until nice and smooth.  >> Pop open can of Pillsbury biscuits. On lightly floured surface, roll out single biscuit. Roll it nice and thin.  >> Put one large spoonful of cream cheese mixture in center of biscuit. About one heaping tablespoon.  Gently spread cream cheese to oval shape, not too close to edges. Pull over top half of circle and make a half circle. Gently press down edges. Fold and twist edge in twisting motion, pressing down final corner.  >> Place on cookie sheet or cake pan on a piece of parchment paper.  Repeat with each biscuit.   >> Brush with melted butter.  >> Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.  >> Bake at 350° for 19 to 23 minutes or until nice and golden brown (desired doneness) >> Remove from oven and let cool for 5 or so minutes on cooling rack. >> Make glaze.
