Some people asked why the concert wasn't in mbarara, it's a tribalistic question but It is simple logic. Remember, even artists like Chameleon and Pallaso also perform in Mbarara. By the same logic, T-Pain has fans in Kampala too just like central artists have fans in Mbarara. Kampala is the capital city, and its population includes a large number of people from the western region, not just Mbarara. This is about the entire western region, not Mbarara alone.
