@brittanymoves: A little week 5 update. I have always used food to deal with stress, sadness, boredom orany other type of uncomfortable emotion. So now I’m forced to learn to sit in those emotions and be okay with being uncomfortable. This journey is a mental one just as much as it is a physical one.
