It’s actually quite simple😏 Every day I move a different section of my body, focusing on different abilities that translate to real life  ⚡️On Monday, it’s pushing motions. Primarily working chest and shoulders with some triceps.  ⚡️Tuesday, I’m working pulling motions. Back, rear belts, biceps, and abs.  ⚡️Wednesday it’s all about legs. They’re my base and I need them to be strong so I use a variety of angles and movements to make sure I’m ready for anything.  ⚡️Thursday is a bit of an active rest day so I focus on endurance. Different variations of cardio that get my heart rate up, but don’t text my central nervous system as much.  ⚡️And then Friday or end of the week with a full body workout. I like playing around with different things and can’t do more targeted days of the week.  💪This set up keeps me in really good shape and allows me to have fun.  I don’t train for looks a train for life.😎 I have kids and a wife that I want to be active with.  I’m 35 years old so I stay on my mobility work. Of course, all of this is best supported by a diet full of whole food God-made items that nourish me and fuel my performance. 🫵You can do this too!
