Sometimes the charges don’t post until the next day. I don’t think that has anything to do with it. I would try to call again. Or just dispute it. Curious if you ask for the re root if they are time stamped.

I bought tickets to a show in Phoenix. It was at a baseball field. The night of the show they canceled bc the baseball team was in the playoffs. It took 30 days to get my refund. I bought tickets to a better show here in Vegas and had a much better time! Freakin Ticketmaster!!

That’s awful! As far as the ‘be kind’ recording, my daughter who is 25 works as a staff coordinator at a local gym. She’s done this since she was 22, part of the job is billing & customer complaints - the way people talk to her! To her face! She has been called all kinds of names when others don’t pay their bills it’s unbelievable! She’s a b**** because you are behind in your bills? This will come from men that are 50+ to my daughter who is in her early 20s…..people are awful! But, for you I hope you get your money back!!!! Good luck!!!

I hate them! I can search for a ticket but cannot buy any tickets from them they have blocked all my accounts for no reason! I spent hours on the phone trying to get it fixed only to be told that a supervisor will call me and the supervisor never called me again. They also told me that there was no way to fix this so once the decision is made, I can no longer buy tickets from Ticketmaster, which they’re the biggest ticket holders. They told me my account was flagged for possible fraud activity. This went over almost 4 months so now I have to have friends but my tickets
