My dad was a 33rd° Mason. There were certain things that he wouldn’t tell me anything about. But the one thing that he did tell me is that his chapter of the Masons taught him the love of Jesus. They were a group of men that were there for each other in times of hardship and in times of friendship.He was very proud of that.

I feel like my dad was super Mason since he was in every sub group of masons. I had to be in the youth groups. I’m here to say: it is just a reason to drink, socialize and feel all secret and special. It is pretty silly imo

In that first pic of George Washington, to his right is my 8x Grandfather, Valentine Reintzel. He helped GW lay the first corner stone. VR also was the first Grandmaster in Washington DC. For his service GW have him his golden gavel & it resides today in a bank in DC
