Last night, I got a notification that someone filled out my client form — as soon as I saw it, I called them, and they answered! 📲 They shared that they were open to any area but preferred Fort Worth, and due to an eviction, finding an apartment had been a real challenge. On top of that, their family was currently staying in a hotel, and he was eager to get settled. 🏨➡️🏡 While we were on the phone, I sent him an apartment I knew he’d get approved for. He ran into trouble completing the application, so I gave him the leasing agent’s direct number — because yes, your girl does footwork and personally meets with the offices to maintain great relationships. 🤝 He called the leasing agent this morning, got hands-on help with his application, and guess what? ✅ He got approved today! 🎉 I’m beyond thrilled to help another family find their new home.
