I work at ECMC. We got the majority of the patients (24 with four of them being Mercy Flighted in.) The ER staff did an amazing job handling the surge of patients. I'm a case manager so I'm sure our department will be helping to get them discharged safely (ie: home/rehab/NYC) once they are medically cleared. Praying for all those involved.

I was in a charter bus accident, 1000000/10 do not recommend. Listening to screaming ppl for hours waiting for help in the freezing cold. Busses are less safe than we think!!!

I wonder about the safety records of your buses. This type of incident occurs fairly frequently. Whether it’s improperly maintained equipment or inattentive drivers, there needs to be better oversight.
