As someone who works with a similar program,we just input the numbers from the check stubs and the annual income is automatically generated or compliance generates the annual income. Also, you can’t use an offer letter if you have checkstubs. I know it may seem like scamming but it’s probably not even their fault

Anything greystar managed they do income based apartments. Don’t do it you pay more to get the same thing as someone paying less.. you helping pay their portion essentially

What area of Dallas are these apartments? As a lifelong Dallas residence although new you may have saved yourself . Most income based Dallas units start off good. Once people find out about them , all goes down hill after that, trust me.
