BMW OR MERCEDES?🤔 #bmw #edit

“Where am I supposed to be feeling this?” “Why does this feel easy?” We hear this every now and then and not just in side-lying leg work. More often than not, the answer isn’t in the leg… it’s in the foundation. In this exercise, that foundation is your torso. Your shoulder, spine, pelvis, and deep core all working together to create stability. Are you truly organized and engaged? Or just along for the ride while the leg moves? Because this isn’t just a leg or glute exercise. When done with intention, the moving leg becomes the challenge, and your torso is what has to rise to meet it. When the torso is unstable → the exercise feels easy, disconnected, or “not quite right.” When the torso is stable → everything lights up, effort increases, and suddenly… it makes sense. Every exercise needs a point of stability to support healthy, controlled mobility. That’s where the magic (and the work) really happens. And if you’re not feeling it? Zoom out. Check your base. We’ll help you find it 🙌🏼 #raleighpilates #pilates #sidelyingleg #pilatesform #pilatestiktok
