My kids love this too! I drain the oil from the meat before adding the sauce, less fat. I make this once a week. So easy & yummy.

I swear leaving the grease from the meat makes a difference in the flavor.. I don’t always drain mine for certain dishes.

My kids love this too but I’ve never added cream cheese. I did however discover RAO’S 4 cheese blend is out new fav. It’s sooo good.
