@travel_enthusiast_xcii: Lake Bled and Bled Island, Slovenia 🇸🇮 August 2025 Here’s some drone views I captured during our day tour to Lake Bled in Slovenia. The weather was perfect during our visit for drone flying, I honestly couldn’t have asked for better ☀️ 📍Lake Bled is renowned for its picturesque beauty, featuring a stunning glacial lake with a charming island church and a medieval castle perched on a cliff. It's also known for traditional pletna boats, the wishing bell on Bled island, and the surrounding natural scenery. 🏞️ Bled Island, the only island in Slovenia, is home to the Assumption of Mary Church, accessible by traditional pletna boats. Visitors can climb the 99 steps to the church and ring the wishing bell as mentioned above. 🏰 Perched on a cliff overlooking the lake, Bled Castle offers stunning panoramic views and houses a museum, printing works, wine cellar, and restaurant.
 🌊 Bled has a long history as a resort town, attracting visitors with its thermal springs, swimming areas, and opportunities for relaxation.  💯 The lake is a popular destination for recreation, relaxation, and exploring Slovenian culture.  It definitely became one of my favorites just for the scenery alone👌 Have you been to Lake Bled in Slovenia?
