safety a distraction? .. anyone who is honest and not politically bias, who is familiar with DC will tell you more policing was needed, and appreciated. same for Baltimore. Scott and team mis- categorized dozens of murders as manslaughter in an attempt to hide crime stats. almost anywhere in Baltimore you take risk of being car jacked, robbed, violently assaulted or hit by a stray bullet. But Scott has increased his wealth significantly, has multiple armed security, etc. at least he is safe

There is huge disconnect between the information and statistics he talks about vs actually occurring on a day to day, ground level. It’s why retail business and tourism continue to decline. Ticket sales for concerts and sporting events have declined. Education hasn’t improved despite high budgets and resources. Baltimore taxes are some of the highest in the country. It’s not a race issue. Just failed policy and leadership.
