I swear estate companies overprice just so the home owner gets less money & they can keep a majority of the items & sell it for themselves. There’s a lady that lives near me that owns an estate company in Chicago & she has garage sales EVERY WEEKEND with all of the items that “didn’t sell” at the estate sale.

As someone who went to this sale and heard the lore, the owner is still alive however she’s 98!! The family was actually present at the sale as well and used to make wine in the barrels for sale out front

it's absolutely will get gutted. a lot of times, even after the estate sale, a lot of items get left behind to be dumped. 😭
