Bro, you need to watch Akira(1988), Ghost in the shell(1995) and Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt. Also id suggest to watch sub versions, dub is ok but with dub theres a chance to end up with phone in hand.

I was the biggest anime hater 20y ago when I went to college. Gave a shot to death note cuz I got bored of other shows and since then been hooked to animes. 2nd one was code geass. Also fantastic
