@amyfunderburk: Day 3: Cilantro Lime Steak Tacos 🌮 🍋‍🟩 15 Days Of High Protein Meals ingredients: ✨flank steak ✨1 tsp of each: paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder & onion powder ✨1/2 tsp salt ✨ Olive Oil ✨ 1 medium white onion - diced ✨ cilantro - chopped ✨ Primal Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing ✨White Corn Tortillas ✨ 1 Lime directions: ✨Season both sides of your steak with all the seasonings listed above. Let your steak sit out for 20 minutes before cooking it. ✨While you’re letting the steak sit out, heat a large pan over medium-low heat & toast your white corn tortillas on both sides. Wrap in aluminum foil to stay warm. ✨Once your steak is ready to cook, heat a pan over medium heat. Once heated, pour olive oil over the pan & lower heat to medium low. Place your steak in. Cooking time will depend on how you like your steak done, for these steaks I did 4-5 minutes on each side. ✨Once the steak is cooked on both sides, let it rest for 5 minutes then cut into pieces. Once cut, squeeze 1/2 of a lime over the pieces. ✨It’s time to build your tacos! Place your tortillas on a plate and add your steak onto each tortilla. I’m a diabetic with pots/syncope. I like cooking I just have to make stuff I can sit at the stove with that are still low carb high protein. This would be a great easy meal. I can’t wait to go through your whole page. If you see my name pop up in likes and shares a bunch, sorry not sorry.
