The only people who have an issue with CPS are people who have been on the wrong side of them! Meaning they’ve had reports against them! Then they jump on here, give their version and you all just believe the bs one sided story! CPS doesn’t go around knocking on random doors to take children!

He is clearly a danger to his wife and or kids. Child welfare doesn’t become involved unless there is children in need of safety. HE has to be the unsafe one. Sign the document and do what you have to for your kids. He’s being selfish

It's actually easy. You don't have to sign the agreement, but if you come back to the house your child is going into state custody.

you sign that safety plan then that puts your case in the CHINS stage, that's the stage where they start banking the money and it ramps up their control, they'll tighten the noose tighter and tighter!

This guy is exactly right. This is what they do has nothing to do with protecting the child. This is to get the father tied up in court. This is a complete set up and why child protective services needs a complete overhaul because the last thing they’re protecting are the children.
